一、盘管整体及支撑框架结构均采用SUS304不锈钢材料,盘管寿命长。
不锈钢盘管均由台湾杰美利公司位于新竹竹北的工厂制造,均由SUS304不锈钢带连续卷焊而成,可根据现场空间定制规格制造。使用寿命较一般镀锌盘管长,在适宜的槽内水质条件下,使用寿命可超过30年。
二、动态传热,换热系数更高,融冰效率更高。
配合内循环泵,蓄冰及融冰过程中传热系数更高,瞬间放冷速率更高。蓄冰盘管中冰水对流热传,可达到快速与完全溶冰效果。本蓄冰槽设计上亦可冰水侧、卤水(乙二醇溶液侧)双向进行溶冰,融冰速率超过30%,解诀一般内融冰蓄冰槽溶冰效率不良之缺点。
三、结冰率大
动态蓄冰槽盘管排列整膺,结冰率(Ice packing factor , IPF )高达75 %以上,最大限度节省冰槽所占空间,蓄冰槽所需空间小。
四、水平蛇形盘管,安装及维修所需高度空间更小,安装及维护空简最省
标准产品盘管按500mm高度一个模组,可现场垂直组合,从而只需要0.6m的槽顶部高度来安装以及维修,避免因槽顶安装空间大浪费建筑空间,以及普通盘管实际上不能维修的问题。
五、系统设计简单方便
规格化定型蓄冰槽,密闭式卤水(乙二醇)系统,水平盘管也可根据场地选择槽体的尺寸进行匹配客户定制规格,蓄冰系统设计最简便。
六、适用于各类型场所
动态蓄冰槽储冰效率高,可适用于各类型蓄冰主机,蓄冰槽可以选择长方形、圆柱体、筏基式,可根据场地定制槽体尺寸。
七、可采用抑制性处理后的卤水(乙二醇)
盘管材质为不锈钢,管内部腐蚀性低,顾而可以采用经过腐蚀抑制性处理后的卤水(乙二醇),可降低采购进口品牌腐蚀抑制性乙二醇的成本。
八、标准槽采用不锈钢槽体,内部结构件也全部采用不锈钢,耐用性高

九、保温性强,减少热损失
配合高湿度气候条件,动态储冰槽加强保温厚度,减少槽体结露滴水现象,并可减少储冰热损失,节约能源。

动态蓄冰槽溶冰速度快,配合双向融冰的再冷却盘管,内融冰盘管即可提供3 ~5 ℃ 低温冷冻水,适合应用于低温送风系统,节省冰水流量,降低20 %水泵马力,减少送风量,缩减风管管径,缩小空调机房,增加建筑楼层高度等多项优点。

The ice-on-coil tubes are made to modules with 500mm height and could be compacted vertically. So the ice-on-coils will only need approximately 0.6meter installation and maintainance height above the ice storage tank. This design could offer a practical replacement and maintainance space.
